AWS is built for builders, but the brand hasn't always reflected that. I led creative direction and the development of a visual toolkit that extended the core AWS identity with a system designed specifically for technical audiences. The pixel motif references AWS’s core idea of building blocks and echoes the grid structure of the original logo. The visual language uses motion, dark-mode foundations, and sharp color accents to create a modern, developer-friendly expression with small, intentional details throughout.
